This doesn't give a lot of hope for what's happening in America. But for those outside of the US, there's already a push to avoid US tech businesses. They prefer local clouds, ideally those run by non-US companies. And there's a lot of effort to shift to Linux on their government machines. While that hurts the US soft power, it improves their resilience from monopolies in the US, and I'm all for that.
