That said, I'm sure lacking the D guarantee in ACID might caution a lot of possible customers because nobody has time to figure out the nitty-gritty tradeoffs of a database nobody else used. Even if you're right, it's a bit of a hard sell. I'd say work on refining your explanation about that so it's even easier to digest: possibly with some pretty graphics or video.
Perhaps figuring out which industry/company has a specific performance bottleneck and pitching your database to them might be the right move.
